It's among the best digital audio workstations with a free license, for recording, editing and mixing sounds and music. It can manage both MIDI and audio tracks and accepts plugins.
sfizz SFZ intrument synthesizer
Load and use sampled instruments in SFZ format. It works either standalone or as a plugin inside your digital audio workstation. Sfizz is the recommended SFZ synthesizer for FreePats' sound banks.
Multi-track audio editor and recorder. We use it for preparing and editing the sound samples in our archive.
Create, edit and play drum patterns with its fast and friendly sequencer interface. Some FreePats' percussion sound banks are available in the Hydrogen drum kit format.
Guitarix virtual guitar amplifier
High quality amplifier and effects rack for electric guitars. It works on live guitars and can also be used on our direct recorded guitar samples.
